TERMINAL UMM QASR PORT BERTH NO.5 – CMA CGM
The Berth No.5 Located at the Port of Umm Qasr is Iraq’s largest port and primary trade link. As investment inflows continue and the Iraqi markets opens up to the global economy, the Berth No.5 is playing an increasingly vital role. the total area for Berth No.5 about 500,000 square meters including Yards, Roads, Buildings, Electrical Sub Station 33 to 11 to 0.4 Kv and others.
DRY PORT FOR HANDLING AND STORAGE – CMA CGM
The dry port of CMA CGM in Baghdad - Abu Ghraib under the supervision of the Central Region Customs, and the site is ready to receive containers through Umm Qasr port. The total area of the site is 160,000 square meters, and it is located in a strategic location, as it is 35 km away from the center of the capital and 500 km from Umm Qasr port.
AL-WALEED GROUP CONCRETE INDUSTRY
Concrete forms the basis of most construction and Al-Waleed has worked diligently to enlarge its capacity and capability to meet the increasing demands for concrete products. Starting with a 120 m3/h batch plant in Baghdad, Al-Waleed now has three stationary batch plants of 120 m3/h each and two mobile plants of 60 m3/h each. However, Al-Waleed has the capability to supply and install any batch plant required on worksites in a very short time, typically within a one week period.
CONCRETE EQUIPMENTS
Al-Waleed Al-Alamiya Group has a large fleet of 35 cement mixer trucks and seven concrete pump trucks that supply and pour concrete to the majority of the projects in the Iraq area. This fleet is modern, of German origin and is fully owned by Al-Waleed Al-Alamiya Group.
STEEL FACTORY
Al-Waleed Steel Factory is located in the Ramadi city Industrial Zone. The factory produces many types of steel structures and caravans. It has contributed products to many projects in Umm Qasr Port, Dry Port, Baghdad and the Ramadi city . It also produces prefabricated buildings such as storage houses, workshops, and trailers, as well as sunshades and all related works. All the machinery is of western origin and of different specialized uses.
HADEER AL-FURAT PLANT
Hadeer Al-Furat plant for the production of potable water bottled with the latest technologies. This plant is considered very advanced and with a production capacity of 10,000 bottles per day. It was opened on 2007, and that is why the market needs such advanced Plant.
